Take Back the Net>

This is a movement. We have an agenda. We built these networks. We'll take them back.

The image on the top of this website, shows people protesting the arrest of Dmitry Sklyarov and the DMCA in front of Adobe Systems World Headquaters, San Jose CA. The corporations are taking over, buying Unconstitutional laws and even forcing other countries to comply. We are losing our books, Constitutional Rights and Libraries. This cannot continue.

    We are fighting back.

You must understand this is a much larger issue than just the DMCA. This goes all the way to the top. Look, they even have a new Corporate Constitution: WTO + WIPO = DMCA. Outrageous Global Search and Seizure laws are being enacted. Want proof? Read this document. It's from the US Trade Representative. Search for "ex parte" which means: Search and Seizure without notice. No we aren't kidding. Other Countries don't have a Fourth Amendment.
However, we will start with the laws and issues affecting us and work up.

We are the people, therefore we will regain control.
